Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is recruiting a Mobile Electrical Technician to carry out electrical maintenance across train stations in London, the Southeast and Kent, with occasional work in Sussex. The role is based in Kent/Rochester and requires travel between sites and adherence to safety standards.

A UK driving licence is essential and you will need relevant City & Guilds qualifications as listed, plus 18th Edition.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications and safety standards are required.
• Relevant City & Guilds and PTS/IOSH credentials are desirable.
• Experience with electrical maintenance and installation in building services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work aligns with method statements, risk assessments and safety legislation.
• Complete PPM tasks and reactive works within SLAs.
• Maintain premises to high standards via proactive service delivery.
• Build client relationships through outstanding service.
• Keep site documentation up to date for audits.
• Use CAFM system to provide accurate service information.
• Demonstrate Health & Safety knowledge for safe delivery.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and installation per industry standards.
