Job summary

TES is seeking Track Operatives to support maintenance across the Anglia region. Reporting to the P-Way Manager, you will work as part of a team to carry out track-related duties safely and professionally. We value reliability, a strong safety culture and a proactive approach.

Essential qualifications include PTS AC/DCCR and TIC, with training provided to support career progression within TES. You will be expected to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, delivering results with safety

Qualifications

• PTS AC/DCCR.
• Track Induction (TIC).
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good timekeeping and attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and renewals tasks as instructed.
• Comply with all safety, quality and operational requirements.
• Ensure the correct PPE is worn and maintained at all times.
• Use tools, equipment and materials safely and correctly.
• Attend team briefings, training courses and safety briefings as required.
• Contribute to safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of new starters where required.
• Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality and professionalism
