Job summary

TES - Together Everyone Succeeds in the Anglia region is recruiting a Track Operative on a flexible 0-hour contract. The role focuses on rail safety within the P-WAY department, with night and weekend shifts.

You will contribute to safe operations and support colleagues across maintenance tasks. We value drivers in the Colchester area with PTS and TIC competencies; additional skills such as Chainsaw, CAT Scan, or Track Trolley are a big plus.

Qualifications

• Hold PTS (Personal Track Safety) and TIC (Track Induction) competencies.
• Be available for shifts, which will primarily be nights and weekends.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred; Chainsaw, CAT Scan, or Track Trolley competencies are a plus.

Who We're Looking For

We're ideally looking for people who live in or around Colchester, Clacton, Harwich, Chelmsford, and Ipswich, and are also drivers. The ideal person for this role will:

• Hold PTS (Personal Track Safety) and TIC (Track Induction) competencies.


• Be available for shifts, which will primarily be nights and weekends.

If you also have a driver's license and access to a vehicle, and Chainsaw, CAT Scan, or Track Trolley competencies, that's a huge plus!
