Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks a Principal Contractor Integration Manager to lead the integration of Principal Contractor, Lead Contractor and Lead Integrator obligations within the HS2 and wider Rail Systems programme.

The role focuses on defining requirements, managing interfaces, and ensuring collaborative delivery across multiple stakeholders to maximise value and efficiency on major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing interfaces between multiple contractors, clients and stakeholders within complex infrastructure or civil engineering environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how delivery decisions affect programme and cost.
• Ability to lead workshops, challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to support delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and manage Principal Contractor, Lead Contractor and Lead Integrator obligations and associated responsibilities.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, assumptions and opportunities related to these obligations.
• Support CCRB development and implementation across the contract.
• Engage with HS2 and other Rail Systems Contractors to establish requirements and interfaces.
• Coordinate access, logistics, facilities, possessions, testing and shared services.
