Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Electrical/Electronic, Aerospace or related degree.
• Logical thinking, willing to self‑learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Three 4-month rotations across key functions to build a toolbox of knowledge and skills.
• Year 2: Transition into your substantive team to develop deeper expertise and prepare for your role beyond the graduate programme.
