Job summary

Arriva Rail Services invites graduates to join a two-year Digital Graduate Programme based at the Crewe depot, with travel to York, Leeds and Derby. The role operates on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days per week at the depot or another Arriva workplace.

Qualifications

• To be considered, you should be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a degree (2:1 preferred, strong 2:2 considered).
• The right to work in the UK permanently.
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Arriva Rail Services' two-year graduate development programme.
• Gain experience in digital technologies, AI, BI, data analytics and process improvement.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the rail network while rotating through project areas.
