Arriva Group in Crewe offers a Rail Services Graduate opportunity focused on Change Management. You’ll support transformation across Arriva’s rail operations, learning how large-scale initiatives are planned, implemented and embedded while working with experienced colleagues.

The two-year development programme provides structured learning, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders, with travel to York, Leeds and Derby and a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week at the depot.

Qualifications

• Degree required with 2:1 preferred (strong 2:2 considered).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives and project delivery within Arriva’s rail operations.
• Engage stakeholders and help embed business improvements.
• Learn how large-scale transformation is planned, implemented and sustained.
