Arriva TrainCare is launching a Rail Services Graduate programme based at Crewe depot with hybrid working. You’ll explore how digital technologies can improve rail services and customer journeys while developing data analytics and BI skills.

The two‑year programme includes mentoring, senior leadership exposure and opportunities for professional development. Open to graduates from all disciplines, you’ll travel to York, Leeds and Derby as required and join a structured development path designed

Qualifications

• On track to achieve, or have already achieved, a degree (2:1 preferred, with strong 2:2 applications considered)
• Right to work in the UK permanently
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027
• Willingness to travel within the UK

Responsibilities

• Join Arriva’s Digital Graduate Programme and explore how technology can improve rail services
