Job summary

Hamilton Bradshaw Group is seeking an ambitious Rail Recruitment Manager to establish a new rail recruitment division within one of its portfolio businesses. Based near Heathrow, you will develop the desk, win clients and build a profitable operation focused on contract staffing in rail construction and M&E.

You’ll recruit and lead a team, navigate RISQS and rail compliance, and travel to meet clients and project sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in rail contract or temporary recruitment.
• Experience recruiting into Network Rail infrastructure projects is essential.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning clients.
• Understanding of RISQS, Sentinel, PTS and rail compliance requirements.
• Willingness to build and lead a new division and recruit a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and win clients to build a profitable desk.
• Develop and lead a new rail recruitment division from ground up.
• Recruit, develop and manage a team as the division grows.
• Travel to meet clients and project sites as required.
• Contribute to building a sustainable contractor base in rail.
