TSSI is seeking a Head of SHEQ to lead health, safety, quality and environmental performance across its London/Hertfordshire operations. Hybrid role with travel to sites; senior leadership reporting to the board.

You will drive ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems, maintain accreditations, and oversee audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while guiding site teams to high safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma required.
• Experience running ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 with audit oversight.
• Advanced or lead internal auditor experience.
• Background in M&E, building services or multi-sector construction.
• Strong IT skills and software literacy.

Aufgaben

• Lead the HSQE function and report to the board.
• Manage ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across the business and projects.
• Plan and lead internal audits; manage external audits.
• Maintain accreditations (ConstructionLine, FORS, RISQS, PCI)/other schemes.
• Maintain risk assessments, method statements and near-miss investigations.
• Lead weekly near-miss meetings and incident investigations.
• Oversee drug/alcohol testing and fitness for work.
• Oversee supplier validation and environmental reporting.
• Bring new sectors into the management system.
• Co-present HSQE quarterly forums and support Senior HSQE Advisor.
