Job summary

Roc Search Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a rail engineering business in Brighton. The role owns the Quality Management System, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates audits with internal teams, customers and suppliers.

You will manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor quality KPIs, and contribute to Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Assurance experience within rail engineering, manufacturing or a related engineering environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience managing audits, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive individual who can work autonomously and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take ownership of quality systems, drive continuous improvement and work closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers to maintain high standards.
