Roc Search Europe Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Rail & Engineering team in Brighton & Hove. You will own the Quality Management System, drive improvements and work closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers to maintain high standards.

The role suits a quality professional with ISO 9001 experience, auditing skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a highly regulated technical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience QA in rail, manufacturing, or related engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit management.
• Experience leading audits, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Autonomous work style with stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
• Lead internal, supplier and customer audits.
• Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality documentation, approvals and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor quality KPIs.
• Support supplier quality, customer satisfaction and business process improvements.
• Contribute to Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives where required.
