AmcoGiffen in Inverness, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Supervisor (PTS) to lead day-to-day operations on our rail and civil engineering asset maintenance works. You will manage on-site teams, ensure works comply with Network Rail standards, and deliver safe, quality outcomes across reactive and planned maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor in rail or civil engineering.
• Background in rail maintenance/reactive works environments.
• Experience supervising multi-disciplinary civils works.
• Knowledge of Network Rail site procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams (direct and subcontract labour).
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are met.
• Deliver works in line with drawings, WPPs and briefs.
• Promote a safety-first culture and report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor progress to complete works on time and within scope.
• Maintain site records including diaries and plant logs.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Site Agent.
• Manage changes in scope and raise issues when required.
• Identify training needs and support workforce development.
