Job summary

Siemens Mobility invites applications for a Project Manager within Rail Infrastructure UK. You will lead Category C projects, coordinating with Sales, customers and delivery partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

You will manage work packages, oversee sub-contractors and ensure compliance with PM@Siemens, QM@Siemens and LoA guidelines. The role requires strong project management experience within rail or related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing projects at a minimum of Project C classification.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Experience leading and managing a project team including Siemens staff and sub-contractors; rail industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead Category C projects to meet schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate between Sales, customers and delivery partners; manage sub-project planning.
• Deliver work packages and manage subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Set up project controlling and reporting processes for up-to-date progress.
• Prepare proposals and tender costing; identify resources and partners as needed.
• Manage contracts with customers; ensure satisfaction and incorporate feedback.
• Regularly review project performance with stakeholders and manage resources.
