First Rail London (FRL) seeks an experienced leader to drive FRL's continuous improvement and performance strategy across the London Overground network. You will oversee ILRs, SPIRs, investigations and ensure actions are tracked, embedded and shared across functions and with industry partners.

In this role, you will coordinate Joint Performance Strategies and Performance Improvement Management Systems, ensuring a structured, evidence-based approach to improvement and governance across FRL,

Qualifications

• Experience in performance improvement, continuous improvement, organisational learning or assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of operational railway environments and performance management principles.
• Experience of managing action plans, governance processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to identify systemic issues and drive sustainable improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership of FRL's continuous improvement and performance strategy activities.
• Govern Incident Learning Reviews (ILRs), SPIRs, investigations and improvement activity with QA and tracking of recommendations.
• Coordinate Joint Performance Strategies (JPS), PIMS, RM3P and NPB initiatives for structured learning across FRL and partners.
• Lead governance and reporting for performance improvement schemes; ensure benefits are tracked and realised.
• Promote organisational learning and transfer knowledge to industry partners where appropriate.
