Qualifications

• Leadership and ability to lead, motivate and direct a team for safe and efficient work delivery.
• Strong communication skills to convey clear instructions to the team and colleagues.
• Experience with inspection, faulting, maintenance and renewal techniques relevant to the discipline.
• Commitment to safety and ability to implement safe systems of work and challenge risks.
• Problem-solving mindset with ongoing development of technical competencies.
• Willingness to learn and stay up to date with new standards and procedures.
• NVQ Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent) related to the applying discipline.

Responsibilities
