A leading rail service provider in the UK is looking for a competent individual to operate and maintain machinery in adherence to safety protocols. This role involves working closely with supervisors, performing daily maintenance, and reporting any machine issues. Applicants should have a recognized apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and relevant experience in machine operation. Prepare the machine, assess the work requirement and ensure the plan is achieved to meet the required specification whilst maintaining all health, safety and environmental safeguards. Work to the VMI and operational manual.
