A leading regional rail contractor seeks an experienced Site Agent to join its rail infrastructure division in South Wales.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, lead site teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme while upholding safety and quality. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects across South Wales with a growing regional group.

Qualifications

• Experience on rail infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management processes.
• Understanding of health and safety, quality, and programme delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site teams.
