Job summary

Park Signalling is seeking a Hardware Team Leader to guide the hardware engineering group, ensuring technical compliance and coordinating across multiple projects.

You will deliver hardware deliverables to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets for national and international markets while developing the team.

The role requires a degree in engineering or STEM, with Chartered Engineer status preferred and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline or STEM subject.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership preferred.
• Project Management qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hardware-specific outputs across multiple projects and product ranges, meeting safety, quality, schedule, budget, and resource targets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the hardware engineering team for high performance and innovative solutions.
• Ensure technical compliance with industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
