Speedy, the UK’s leading hire provider, is seeking a Rail Engineer based in Erith. You will be responsible for ensuring service schedules are up to date and repairing faulty rail equipment to keep it available for hire. The role is depot-based with early start times and a 42-hour week.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills, good communication, and a willingness to learn and adapt to support colleagues and customers while contributing to Speedy’s ESG goals.

Working Hours 06:30 - 15:30 - 42 hours per week

Based in the depot, the Rail Engineer is a key role to Speedy's supply of rail tools and equipment; ensuring service schedules are up to date and repairing faulty rail equipment as necessary to ensure it remains available for hire.
