Job summary

Siemens Mobility offers an apprenticeship in Rail Engineering based in Birmingham. You will work on hands-on projects, receive formal training, and complete a Business Impact Project aligned to real railway challenges.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
• Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering.
• Relevant Engineering BTEC or equivalent technical qualification.
• 3x A Levels at C or above in maths/physics/engineering.
• GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 4/C or higher.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support apprenticeship activities with hands-on engineering tasks.
• Engage in training days, mentoring, and project work.
• Deliver a Business Impact Project by proposing improvements to a process.
