• 3–5 years of site management experience in rail/civil.
• Experience coordinating temporary works on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Valid Sentinel/PTS, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, logistics, sequencing and subcontractor activities.
• Lead temporary works coordination with designers and subcontractors.
• Promote health and safety standards with site inductions and safety tours.
• Maintain site diaries, permits, inspection data and progress reports.
• Coordinate with civil, permanent works designers and external stakeholders.
