Morson Talent is recruiting a Works Delivery Manager for a leading civil engineering and construction client operating in the rail sector, based at the South Yorkshire office. This role focuses on delivering reactive works with strong commercial awareness of cost monitoring.

You will liaise daily with the Client, develop robust site management plans, and lead site teams to ensure safety, quality and programme compliance across the Framework.

Formación

• At least 5 years’ experience delivering reactive works within civil rail projects.
• Civil engineering construction experience, preferably in railway environments.
• Understanding of Network Rail design processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-site scoping to capture works requirements and plan execution.
• Review estimates, final accounts, and report on civils performance against programme.
• Manage site teams to ensure compliance, quality, safety, and timely EWNs/compensation events.
• Prepare site management and contract plans aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate third-party access, possessions, and traffic management when needed.
• Identify training needs and develop allocated personnel.
• Promote safety culture across the business.
• Perform site audits and engage with site teams.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
