Job summary

WSP is seeking a Rail Civil Engineer to join our expanding UK Rail team, working from Leeds, Manchester, or London offices. You will deliver civil designs for stations, depots and civils assets, while pursuing CRE status through tailored mentoring and development.

You will collaborate with engineers and clients to meet key milestones, apply best practices, and support strategic bidding with high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Engineering Council.
• Experience delivering and managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Working knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, Eurocodes and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering design for stations, depots, level crossings and civils structures.
• Lead and mentor junior team members within a collaborative design environment.
• Support bid activity and contribute to program milestones with quality outputs.
