RAFAKidz Limited in Kinloss is seeking Casual Early Years Educators to join our friendly nursery team. The role offers flexible hours, with duties including supporting play, meals, and daily records for children aged in our Kinloss setting.

We value warmth, patience and a genuine love of children. DBS checks are required; previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential, and EYFS knowledge will be learned on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare is desirable but not essential.
• Must be willing to learn EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
• DBS check required on appointment and every three years thereafter.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities.
• Help with meals and snack times.
• Keep records on children’s progress and daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Meet and greet families and build relationships.
• Be willing to learn from colleagues about EYFS.

Whilst previous experience within a childcare setting is desirable, it is not essential. We are looking for Casual Early Years Educators who have a genuine love of children, warmth, patience and a great sense of humour! A typical day in the role will include (depending on your experience):

• Being hands on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities
• Helping with meals and snack times
• Keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities and adventures
• Maintaining highest standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene
• Meet and greet families and build great relationships
• Be willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
