Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly radiographer to join our radiotherapy team at the main site in Southampton, with opportunities to rotate through our satellite centre in Basingstoke. The role includes pre-treatment, DXR and brachytherapy activities, with access to advanced technologies and ongoing CPD.

You will work in a large, modern department delivering high quality patient care, with on-call commitments for MSCC and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or Diploma of the College of Radiographers.
• HCPC registration or eligible for registration.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiotherapy treatment using available equipment under supervision.
• Calculate and record radiotherapy treatments accurately and keep written records.
• Ensure patient well-being and care during radiotherapy sessions.
• Maintain treatment records to department standards.
