Job summary

Elekta seeks an Application Specialist to provide expert training and application support for radiotherapy treatment and treatment planning solutions. You will work with clinical users across North Europe, supporting implementation, go-live and optimisation, while building strong customer relationships and driving satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or Healthcare Science (Radiotherapy Physics) with experience in a radiotherapy environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience delivering clinical or software training, ideally within healthcare or medical technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and application support across Elekta’s radiotherapy solutions, both remotely and on-site.
• Support customers through implementation, go-live and optimisation activities to maximise clinical and operational outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and support continuous learning and adoption.
• Provide timely, professional support while meeting customer expectations and service commitments.
• Build strong customer relationships and use feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer and business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and gathering customer insights for product improvements.
• Support customer engagement activities, including conferences, exhibitions and educational events, and help develop training materials and resources.
