Job summary

The Royal Surrey Cancer Centre invites applications from newly qualified Therapeutic Radiographers who are passionate about high quality radiotherapy and collaborative working. You will rotate through Treatment, Pre-Treatment, Brachytherapy and Review in a supportive team at Guildford.

You will work across sites with supervision, deliver radiotherapy using specialist equipment, and provide information and emotional support to patients and carers throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of continuous personal, professional and academic development.
• Post-registration experience in radiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest professional and technical standards of radiotherapy.
• Rotate through Treatment, Pre-Treatment, Brachytherapy and Review.
• Provide information, education and emotional support to patients and carers during radiotherapy.
• Berotated between Royal Surrey County Hospital and East Surrey Hospital as required.
