Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Radiopharmacy Technologist to join the Unit at Addenbrooke’s. You will support the Radiopharmacy Production Manager and lead on essential aseptic manufacturing and QC for radiopharmaceuticals.

You will train students and junior staff, maintain documentation, and help develop services within a collaborative team. The role offers full-time hours with early starts and potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified radiopharmacy technician with relevant registration.
• Experience in GMP aseptic preparation of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ability to train junior staff within radiopharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical duties to ensure smooth Radiopharmacy Unit operations.
• Maintain radiopharmacy documentation for the facility, equipment and environment.
• Train students, trainees and junior staff in the Radiopharmacy Unit.
• Perform highly specialised quality control for manufactured radiopharmaceuticals with the Production Manager.
