Job summary
Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) to join the Clinical Team. The role covers medicines reconciliation, inpatient supply, discharge support, and patient counselling within a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications
- Completion of a GPhC-accredited course or recognised apprenticeship.
- Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Member of APTUK.
- Medicines management accreditation.
- Medicines reconciliation accreditation.
- Experience in hospital ward, dispensary, or NHS setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medicines reconciliation and inpatient dispensing with accurate documentation.
- Provide patient counselling and medicines information to patients and carers.
- Rotate through defined clinical areas and support ward-based Pharmacy Services.
