Qualifications

  • Experience of inputting data efficiently and accurately.
  • Evidence of clerical and administrative experience.
  • Willing to work face to face with the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in queries from patients, visitors, and medical staff.
  • Work in reception administration service within Radiology.
  • Maintain and upload information onto supporting databases.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries from patients, GPs, and other staff.
