Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust's Community Diagnostic Centre in Milford is seeking Radiology Department assistants who are caring, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering patient-focused care. You will assist out-patients in the radiology department, greet them on arrival, help with preparation for examinations and provide a pleasant experience.

The role also includes administrative duties such as booking appointments, stock management and room preparation for CT and MRI.

Qualifications

• Evidence of caring, patient-focused approach preferred
• Ability to work within a team and follow care pathways
• Good organisational and admin skills helpful

Responsabilités

• Assist patients in Radiology Department, including transfers, greetings, preparation for examinations, and providing a positive experience
• Perform administrative tasks such as booking appointments, stock management and room prep for CT/MRI
• Participate in training programmes and development opportunities as offered by the department
