Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 and related safety standards.
• Experience in a nuclear site environment applying protection measures.
• RP Adviser or Qualified Expert status with DG experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert radiological protection advice across the site and projects.
• Undertake radiological risk assessments and ALARP studies.
• Develop and implement radiological protection arrangements and PPE controls.
• Collaborate with project teams, regulators and contractors to improve safety.
