Job summary

York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in York is seeking general Radiographers to join a busy department that serves York and surrounding North Yorkshire. The role covers Theatres, Fluoroscopy, Dexa and the Emergency Department, with a 24/7 rota and opportunities for progression from Band 5 to Band 6 through competency development.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified radiographers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience levels may be Band 5 to Band 6 depending on transferrable skills.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly across the general radiology department, including Theatres, Fluoroscopy, Dexa and the Emergency Department.
• Participate in the general out of hours rota, providing a 24/7 service.
• Work across York satellite sites such as Selby, Clifton Park Hospital and Askham Bar.
