Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking a Radiographer on a bank/part‑time basis to join our Radiology team. You will perform high quality diagnostic imaging across departments, working ad hoc to suit service needs.

You will rotate through General X‑ray, Fluoroscopy, Theatre Imaging, Mobile Radiography and CT depending on experience, maintain accurate RIS/PACS records and contribute to patient‑centred care with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Evidence of CPD and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations in line with IR(ME)R and guidelines.
• Rotate across imaging areas including General Radiography, Mobile Imaging, Fluoroscopy, Theatres and CT.
• Adjust imaging techniques to meet clinical and individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate records using RIS/PACS.
• Contribute to out-of-hours, weekend and on-call rotas as required.
