Job summary

The Royal London Hospital site of Barts Health NHS Trust seeks a Band 5 Radiographer to join a busy imaging department. You will rotate through ED and general x-ray, fluoroscopy and theatres, delivering high-quality imaging and patient care.

You will supervise staff and students, participate in a 24/7, 365 service, and support safe patient flow and continuous service improvement within a major teaching hospital in east London.

Qualifications

• Holds a BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
• Registered with the HCPC to practise diagnostic radiography.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through ED, general x-ray, fluoroscopy and theatres.
• Provide supervision to assistants, imaging assistants, students and visitors.
• Contribute to a 24/7, 365 service with safe patient flow and imaging delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain HCPC standards of proficiency.
