Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Radiographer to join our Radiology team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury. You will work across imaging areas, with opportunities to rotate through CT, and contribute to an out-of-hours service including nights and weekends.
The successful candidate will join a supportive, patient‑focused team with ongoing training, access to modern equipment and a commitment to developing radiographer role extension.
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Band 5 Radiographer, who likes a challenge, to join the Radiology team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
The successful applicant will join our team of Radiographers where we will provide opportunities for you to develop your career. We offer a great working environment, investing in training and new equipment, but our greatest asset is our highly skilled, patient focused and friendly team. As a Band 5 Radiographer you will also benefit from rotation through CT.
This post will be based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital but the successful applicant may work cross-site as required. The successful candidate will be expected to partake in the out of hours service, including nights shifts and weekends.There are dedicated staff and training facilities in each Department and an active audit/teaching programme. The departments also provide clinical placements for under graduate students. We are keen to develop and train staff and support radiographer role extension.
