Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops, and tests real-time software systems or applications for software enhancements and new cellular radio-related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Definition of radio software architectures and development of key features to support radio development.
• Liaison with key Systems/HW/FPGA/BSP/I&V/Test SMEs to ensure software architecture can meet market requirements, is implementable within a given timeframe, and complies with company processes and reuse goals.
• Development of documents, code, scripts, and tools necessary to support software product development.
• Work with global development teams and support/chair meetings.
• Drive software development technical issues to closure and support debugging of software-related technical problems.

Job Requirements

• Over 10 years' experience in real-time software development, preferably within a telecom environment. Candidates from other industries demonstrating relevant skills will also be considered.
• Proven software skills in requirements definition, architecture, coding, testing, lifecycle processes, debugging, and support within a real-time software environment.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
• Proficient in development, office, and communication tools necessary for the role.
