About the role
As Lead Architect for Everway Engineering, your experience and leadership will help guide the product engineering team to continue to evolve in all aspects of technical excellence. You will collaboratively define and guide the architectural standards, practices, and technical direction of our engineering organization. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with a deep understanding of modern web architectures, a passion for scalable software systems, and the ability to influence engineering teams toward excellence in software design and delivery.
You will lead and mentor across our full technical stack, including both frontend and backend, and the end to end software development lifecycle, including devops and production operations. You will work cross-functionally with Product and Design peers to guide our technical roadmap and decision-making in bringing the best products and user experiences to life. You will also partner with AI/ML, security, and infrastructure peers to help make sure we define great architectures and practices across our teams.
If you are a strong fullstack software architect with extensive experience and are passionate about technology, people, and thoughtfully crafted user-facing products, we'd love to talk to you.
