An established industry player is seeking a skilled Field Engineer to work on cutting-edge secure communications systems for military and commercial clients. This role offers the chance to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, supporting naval platforms and engaging in installation and maintenance of integrated communications systems. Our client is a world leader working at the forefront of next generation communications technology in various sectors including Telecommunications, Aerospace & Defence and Critical Infrastructure.
As their business continues to grow in the UK Aerospace & Defence market, they are looking for an experienced Field Engineer with knowledge of RF Secure Communications. Preferably with a military background, but not essential.
The Field Engineer role reports to the head of the UK Projects and Solutions group; there are opportunities to grow within the company by working towards becoming the Lead Engineer responsible for several projects, or other disciplines such as Project Management or Engineering Management.
Because the role involves travel, and their customers are in the Defence Industry you must hold a Full UK driving license and be eligible for UK SC and DV Security Clearance.
