RF Design Engineer

12 month contract

Based in Stevenage

Offering £75ph Inside IR35

Are you an experienced RF Design Engineer?

As the RF Design Engineer, you will work alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that is constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talent like yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

Due to the nature of the work, active UK SC Clearance will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Technical testing and validation of RF systems
• Collaborate with Software & Firmware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, and Future Systems teams

Required Skills:

• Proven relevant RF electronics design experience, preferably for harsh environments (EMC, Vibration, Thermal)
• Ability to guide the design and implementation of RF electronics, including Receiver/Transmitter amplifier chains, filters, and frequency synthesizers over the 30MHz to 30GHz range
• Knowledge and proven experience in designing power supplies and digital interfaces for RF products
• Experience managing the development and delivery of RF electronic equipment through all development stages
