Job Description

Looking for a skilled Nokia Radio Design Engineer to join the business Network Strategy Engineering team. You'll play a key role in delivering 4G/5G radio design for the organisation, working closely with Planning, Strategy, and Regional teams to optimise network performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop 4G/5G HLDs and LLDs to meet business requirements
2. Analyse network performance and implement improvements
3. Work on RAN software selection and feature testing
4. Provide insights from benchmarking data
5. Utilise tools like Mycom Proptima, TEMs, and Accuver

What You Need

• 5+ years' experience in RAN/Nokia design
• Strong knowledge of LTE & 5G NR (NSA & SA) technologies
• Experience managing RAN parameters in live networks
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, drive test tools & analytics platforms
• Engineering or Science degree
