Job summary

United Autosports is seeking a highly organised Stores & Trackside Spares Co-ordinator to own the race parts inventory for the Customer Racing Programme. You will ensure accurate labelling, tracing, and readiness of components for race events around the world.

Working with engineers, mechanics, purchasing and suppliers, you will keep stock records up to date, manage returns, and maintain audit-ready stores both in the workshop and on trackside locations. Travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in motorsport stores, parts, logistics, warehousing or inventory management.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using stock management or inventory systems.
• Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with engineers, mechanics, suppliers and the race team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete parts inventory, ensuring all components are labelled, located, traceable and maintained.
• Maintain stock records through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Prepare event spares kits, freight crates and load lists with accuracy.
• Monitor parts usage at race events and keep stock systems up to date.
• Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers and engineering on orders and returns.
• Manage quarantine stock and quality documentation.
• Keep workshop stores and trackside areas clean and audit-ready.
• Support mechanics by identifying parts and confirming history.
• Continuously improve stores processes and stock accuracy.
