Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking an experienced Assembly Group Programme Coordinator to align parts planning across car build, test, dyno and race programmes. You'll work closely with Engineering, Production Control, Supply Chain, Assembly and Trackside teams, travelling to the factory to resolve shortages and ensure on-time delivery of critical components.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning, programme coordination or programme delivery within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines with clarity on the overall programme.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; capable of challenging and escalating when needed.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing planning systems (e.g., Epicor) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and coordination of parts across complex Bills of Materials for car build, test, dyno and race needs.
• Track milestones, part availability and delivery risks; escalate issues and drive recovery actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Control, Assembly and Trackside teams to prioritise components.
• Manage build specifications, engineering changes, stock requirements and event shipment planning.
• Maintain planning data in Epicor and ERP systems and ensure accurate information.
