Job summary

Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assembly Group Engineering Coordinator to join the Parts Management Team. Based at our Milton Keynes campus, the role supports supply and demand of all parts for complex BoM structures, ensuring assembly stocks meet race, test and dyno event requirements.

You will liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain and Trackside, plan events, manage build specifications and engineering changes, and prioritise critical components to keep car builds on schedule.

Qualifications

Excellent planning and organisational skills are required.
Experience with complex BoM structures for key assemblies is essential.
Epicor and ERP knowledge and experience are essential.
Experience with build specification control and engineering change management is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support the supply and demand of all parts for complex BoM structures.
Ensure assembly operational stocks are maintained to the correct specification for Race, Test and Dyno events.
Liaise between Engineering, Supply Chain and Trackside to communicate component supply to a high standard.
Plan event shipments and prioritise critical components to keep car builds on schedule.

Engineering Coordinator - Assembly Group

Job Description

Red Bull Technology are looking for an Assembly Group Engineering Coordinator to join our Parts Management Team. Based at our Milton Keynes campus the role will be responsible for supporting the supply and demand of all parts associated to complex BoM structures, ensuring the correct Assembly Operational Stocks are achieved - maintaining stock values for Race, Test and Dyno events to the correct specification. Working closely and liaising between the Engineering, Supply Chain and Trackside departments, the role will ensure that supply of components and assemblies are communicated to the highest standard.

Reporting to the Parts Management Team Manager, the successful applicant will have excellent planning, organisational and communication skills, extensive prior knowledge of complex BoM structures for key assemblies from gearboxes, hydraulics, to suspension assemblies and more. Epicor and ERP business system knowledge and experience is essential.

The role will also support build specification control, engineering change management, event shipment planning, and the prioritisation of critical components to ensure car builds and trackside operations are delivered to schedule.

Operating within a fast-paced environment, you will be comfortable working to tight deadlines while demonstrating a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
