Job Title: Religious Studies Teacher

A school on the outskirts of Northampton is seeking a Religious Studies Teacher from September. This is a full-time position covering the rest of the academic year, with the potential for a temp to perm arrangement for the right candidate.

The Religious Studies Teacher must be a subject specialist, taking on form tutor responsibilities and teaching across key stages 3 and 4. Additional lessons in History and Geography may also be required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP, BA Education, Cert Ed, or equivalent, or relevant experience teaching in schools.
• Previous experience teaching secondary school pupils.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the British National Curriculum.
• Passion for teaching young students.
