We are looking to recruit a talented R&D Tax Executive to join our expanding Corporate Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with and advise clients on our R&D Tax Relief services.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying R&D tax relief opportunities for clients based on innovative activities.
• Collaborating with tax specialists to prepare R&D claim reports for HMRC.
• Supporting and coaching colleagues in R&D tax advisory services.
• Leading training for junior team members.
• Contributing to other tax advisory and compliance services.

This position offers clear progression, development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work. Full study support (CTA, ACA, or ACCA) is available.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in delivering R&D Tax Relief claims, preferably in a full-service accountancy firm or specialist practice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Background in accounting, tax compliance, or advisory.
• Qualifications such as ATT, ACA/ACCA, CTA, or part-qualified with a desire to complete CTA.
