About the role

We are looking to recruit a talented R&D Tax Executive to join our expanding Corporate Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with and advise clients on our R&D Tax Relief services.

Description

Your Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include

• Identifying R&D tax relief/credits opportunities with clients based on innovative activities.
• Collaborating with tax specialists to prepare activity details and qualifying expenditure for R&D claims for HMRC.
• Supporting colleagues in R&D Tax Advisory services, including training and development.
• Contributing to broader tax advisory and compliance services.
• Working in a hybrid model, primarily at offices or client sites, with flexible working options.

About You

• Proven experience in delivering R&D Tax Relief claims, ideally in a full-service firm or specialist practice.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Background in accounting, tax compliance, or tax advisory.
• Qualifications such as ATT, ACA/ACCA, or CTA, or studying towards CTA.
• Ambition to grow within the team and progress to senior roles.
