Job summary

Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) in London seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive full-cycle recruitment for world-class AI/ML and computational roles. You will manage complex interview schedules across time zones, partner with program teams, and advise hiring managers on inclusive assessment practices.

You’ll help source Programme Directors, build proactive talent pipelines, and collaborate with the Comms team to strengthen ARIA’s presence at events and platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven in-house recruitment experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments.
• Active sourcing for hard-to-fill roles beyond inbound applications.
• Ability to navigate multi-time-zone interview processes and engage diverse talent.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Autonomy to identify bottlenecks and build proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Hiring with focus on AI/ML and computational talent.
• Manage multi-stage interview schedules across global time zones.
• Advise hiring managers and leaders on inclusive, effective assessment techniques.
• Support sourcing for Programme Directors and engaging visionary scientific leaders.
• Tell ARIA's story in collaborations with Comms and at events to build pipelines.
• Represent ARIA at conferences and specialized communities to cultivate relationships.
