Job summary

ARIA is a UK-based R&D funding agency seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in R&D with a focus on AI/ML. London location with hybrid work. The role leads end-to-end recruitment for high-profile programmes and engages top scientists and engineers to drive transformative technologies.

You will manage multi-time-zone interview processes, partner with programme teams, and build proactive candidate pipelines while promoting ARIA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
• Proven ability to source for hard-to-fill technical/scientific roles.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and autonomy in campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring for AI/ML and computational roles.
• Act as ambassador for ARIA and manage multi-time-zone interview schedules.
• Advise hiring managers on inclusive, effective assessment techniques.
• Support Programme Directors sourcing and engagement
• Tell ARIA’s story through proactive sourcing and external presence
• Represent ARIA at scientific conferences and events to build pipelines.
